The Most Powerful 14" Windows 10 Laptop

The ASUS Zephyrus G14 laptops landing soon at Computer Lounge will have 2 main configurations : The Ryzen 7 4800HS paired with a GTX 1650 Ti, or the Ryzen 9 4900HS paired with a RTX 2060. Both the new Ryzen chips are 8 core 16 thread parts on the latest 7nm process from AMD which combines performance rivaling the 10th Gen Intel Core i7 Series while retaining outstanding power efficiency and thermals for superb battery life.

The dedicated Nvidia graphics chips in the G14 are no joke either, pushing the 14" thin and light form factor to it's performance limits. Configurable with up to a 65W RTX 2060, the Zephyrus G14 can even trade blows with some desktop systems, which is extremely impressive to say the least.

ASUS AniMe Matrix™ Display

The G14 is available in 2 stylish color variants; Eclipse Grey or Pearlescent Moonlight White. Both colors share the same minimalist clean design aesthetic which seamlessly blends into any environment. However, the main eye-catching feature which distinguishes the G14 from other thin and light gaming laptops is the 6536 precision CNC milled holes adorning the aluminium top panel.

On the RTX 2060 variants of the G14, ASUS includes 1215 mini-LEDs under the panel which make up what ASUS is calling the "AniMe Matrix™ Display", allowing one-of-a-kind user customization that can display battery life, notifications, and various other animations such as audio visualizations.

The display on the G14 is another feature that makes it distinctly unique. ASUS includes 2 types of display with the G14, both of which are 14" panels featuring an 85% screen-to-body ratio, adaptive sync technology and Pantone® color validation for accurate visuals.

The GTX 1650 Ti variant ships with a 120Hz 1080p panel, fantastic for playing fast-paced games with silky smooth and tear-free visuals.

The RTX 2060 variant is where it gets interesting. ASUS ships the 2060 variant with a WQHD 1440p 60Hz IPS-Level panel. The higher resolution combined with Pantone® validation makes this model very appealing for creators and designers, offering more desktop real estate as well as rich and accurate color performance.
