Dear Customers,

Due to the current situation in New Zealand and upon the recommendation of the Ministry of Health we are making changes to how we operate. Our staff are staying up-to-date with COVID-19 developments to ensure your safety as well as their own.

 

Online Orders - Essential Consumer Products:

Due to The Level 4 shutdown which requires non-essential business to close for the isolation period we will only be able to ship online orders of Approved Essential products to the public during the lockdown.

All products that meet this requirement will have the following description or badge attached:

Approved Essential

Items that currently fall under Approved Essential are: Ready to Ship PCs, Laptops, Monitors, Webcams, Networking, Microphones, Headsets, Keyboards, Mice and Cables

Note: If the product you order does not have the Approved Essential Badge it will not be dispatched until the lockdown lifts.

 

Online Orders - Non-Essential Consumer Products:

Due to The Level 4 shutdown which requires non-essential business to close for the isolation period we will not be able to ship online orders of non-essential products to the public during the lock-down.

Our online store will still be open for orders and we will be processing them. But they will not be dispatched until the lock-down lifts. (You will however receive a dispatch email – but it won’t be track-able until lock-down lifts)

Please read the below stock status information so you know what is and isn’t in stock. If it is not in stock the ETA’s won’t be confirmed until after the lock-down lifts.

Essential Services:

We have been informed by MBIE that we are are a business that support essential services across NZ. We therefore have permission to support essential businesses and services.

Check with NZ’s Covid-19 site to see whether you are an essential business.

If you need a product or support please fill out the Essential Business Request Form and we will let you know what to do and how we can help you.

Note: Courier companies will also verify if you are a essential business. If they deem you are not essential they will not deliver until after lock-down lifts.

 

Finance Options

Finance options are currently disabled.

 

Courier Deliveries

Couriers have been designated as an essential service and are expected to continue to provide their delivery services during the lockdown. Please follow the guidelines provided by NZ Post as to how you can stay safe. At this time Couriers are experiencing a lot of pressure due to the extra demand in deliveries. We are not able to guarantee delivery. Please be patient with them and expect delays with your delivery orders.

 

Click and Collect Orders:

The Showroom is closed as of 25th of March and the Click and Collect Option on our site has been disabled. Please contact us if you have an outstanding order that needs to be delivered.

 

Support :

During the lockdown we will not be able to receive RMA’s. You can still apply for an RMA number and then we will notify you when its ok to return your item.  Please email support@computerlounge.co.nz
