SHIPPING INFO
Here at Computer Lounge every order is important to us. Making sure you get
your order safely in your hands is our top priority. Every single order is
meticulously wrapped in bubble by hand giving each item a blanket of protection
before being placed into a cardboard shipper or courier bag, to prevent any
movement during transportation, we take care to fill all gaps with scrunched
newspaper making the box of items very stable and secure. Once your order is
packaged and ready to go we will dispatch your order using a signature only
courier ticket to make sure you can track it every step of the way and to make
sure it ends up in the right place.
How much is shipping?
All orders are delivered free within the North and South Island of New
Zealand, which are supported by the local courier network.
How long does standard shipping take?
Once your order is dispatched delivery can take up to 4 working days.
Is there a faster shipping option that I can pay for?
Yes in the order process there is an option for us to put your order on 1 to
2 working day courier delivery. The cost is also shown.
How long does it take for Computer lounge to dispatch an order for components?
If the items have been paid for, security checked (If applicable) and are
also in stock, it normally takes 1-2 business days to process and dispatch an
order.
How long does it take for Computer Lounge to dispatch a custom built system?
Customs builds take 5-6 working days to build and dispatch, you will need to
allow up to 4 working days for delivery.
Do you dispatch orders on weekends?
No, we are only able to dispatch orders from Monday to Friday.
Is freight still free if I live on Waiheke Island, Stewart Island or any other island that
are not the North or South Island of New Zealand?
No we will have to quote you specifically with regards to the cost of freight
to these places as they are outside the normal courier delivery network.
Is there an option for better packaging?
Yes, we have "Armour Plate your Delivery" option in the order process which
gives you that extra level of protection you are looking for.
Can I get my order prioritised?
Yes, we have a separate "Warp Speed" team that works in parallel with our
normal dispatch team to make sure your order gets that extra bit of attention.
You can select this option during the order process. The cost is also shown.
When my order is dispatched how can find out where it is?
When we dispatch and complete your order, we will automatically send you an
email to let you know it is on its way. We will also give you a direct link so
you can track it.
