It pays to be loyal. Computer Lounge is excited to release our new online loyalty program. Now with every purchase you can earn "Reward Points" which you can redeem on future purchases.

How do I earn Reward Points ?

Simply place an order at www.Computerlounge.co.nz and each product you buy will earn you "Reward Points" that you can use for future purchases. The next time you shop you will see how many Reward Points you have available to use in the checkout. You can also view your Reward Points balance on your "My Account" page. Reward Points earned on your purchases are added to your balance once your order has been successfully completed.

What are Reward Points ?

You earn one "Reward Point" for every $10 you spend online on each product. Each Reward Point is worth 10c which you can then redeem on future purchases. So basically if you spend $500 on one product you will earn 50 Reward Points which you can then redeem for $5.00 off your next purchase.

1 x Video Card @ $500 Inc GST = 50 Reward Points which means you can now redeem $5.00 of your next purchase.

If you order multiple items then we calculate the points per item not on total order value.

4 x Video Cards @ $125 Inc GST = $500Inc GST = 48 Reward Points (Points are calculated per product - 1 x video card @ $125 = 12 Reward Points) which you can then redeem for $4.80 off your next purchase.

Why are points calculated per product and not on the total order value ?

We have to calculate per product as we run promotions by giving some products higher Reward Points. We have to calculate as accurately as possible to make sure you always get the right amount of points. By issuing Reward Points from the total order value will in some cases give you fewer points if you are buying items that have higher value points.

Can Reward Points be redeemed for cash ?

No

Can Reward Points be used to purchase Gift Vouchers ?

No

Do my Reward Points ever expire ?

No

Do I still get Reward Points if I have redeemed Reward Points on that order ?

Yes you do. If you cart had one item valued at $500 Inc GST and you redeemed enough points for a $100 discount, you will still earn full Reward Points on that product ordered. So you would still earn 50 Reward Points for that order.

If I delete or cancel my order will I lose my Reward Points ?

Yes we will deduct the correct amount of Reward Points with regards to that order from your account.

When can I use my Reward Points ?

Reward Points can only be redeemed online at www.computerlounge.co.nz. They cannot be redeemed in store.

Can I transfer my Reward Points to another account ?

No Reward Points are not transferable.

Do I have to be a registered Computer Lounge member to earn Reward Points ?

Yes you will have to have an account to start earning Reward Points.

Can I earn Reward Points for products I purchased previously ?

No. Rewards can only be earned on purchases made after the loyalty programme was implemented. When you place your order, the amount of Reward Points you will earn is detailed along with your order.
