Computer Lounge Purchasing Officer (Full Time)

Work for New Zealand's Best Computer Company!
We are looking for a confident and hardworking individual to help out with our expanding business. Due to our growth, we need another pair of hands helping out in our busy, Mt Wellington-based office.

You will be responsible for preparing and process purchase orders, manage deliveries of the orders placed, manage inventory levels and ensure we are adequately stocked at all times.

Essential qualifications are:

1. Extensive knowledge of computer and its components with previous experience in a similar environment preferably for more than 1 year
2. Interest in keeping the team up to date with the industry trends
3. Courteous and takes initiative.
4. Reliable with attention to detail.
5. Ability to work well on your own and with others (not be a clock watcher!).
6. Exceptional organisation skills.

You will be responsible for everything that goes on with inventory:

1. Prepare, process and manage purchase orders
2. Ensuring stock accuracy by performing regular stock takes
3. Manage inventory levels efficiently
4. Negotiations with suppliers to ensure timely availability of materials
5. Meeting the purchase budget
6. Doing all of the above with a smile.

Hours of work:

Monday - Friday 8.30am – 5pm

Computer Lounge Showroom Sales Assistant (Full Time)



Work for New Zealand’s Best Computer Company! If you’re a gamer or an overclocking guru we have a job for you.

You will be quoting high end gaming PCs, home theatre media PCs and corporate workstations while giving friendly customer service.

Strong communication skills are a must.

This job relies heavily on understanding customer needs, and translating those into a workable solution. You must be able to work well with team members from different departments and be organized to keep the work flow running smoothly.

Essential qualifications are:-

- Sound technical knowledge of hardware
- Skilled in Microsoft applications
- Ability to work well on your own and with others (not be a clock watcher)
- Well organised with the ability to listen
- Extremely customer focused
- Have at least 1years customer service history

You will be responsible for:-

- Looking after customers in our busy showroom
- Selling and quoting the latest IT technology
- Following up previous sales
- Bringing in business and keeping clientele informed of the latest products
- Attend to telephone calls with customers during the sales process
- Looking after and updating our forum
- And many other fun IT related tasks

Hours of work:
Monday - Friday 8.30am – 5pm
Saturday 10am – 4pm

Digital Marketing / Design Assistant.

If you’re a PC gamer or design wizard we have a job for you. We want an experienced and confident Digital Marketing Assistant with excellent communication skills and a fun, positive and problem-solving approach to getting the job done From Mon - Fri 8.30am – 5pm. You will be helping our team look after our various social media sites while also updating the Computer Lounge website etc.

Essential qualifications are:-

- Sound technical knowledge of PC hardware,
- Skilled in Microsoft applications,
- Must be proficient with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Edge
- Experience with social media platforms, including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram etc.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, PHP, XML, Javascript
- Ability to work well on your own and with others (not be a clock watcher)
- Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
- Must be ok with occasional weeknight or weekend work as needed for real time engagement.
- Have at least 1-2 years Marketing and Design history

You will be responsible for:-

- Designing website banners and content.
- Designing and updating product information.
- Updating our website and social media sites as well as looking after our CL community.
- Identifying new and interesting digital tactics.
- Designing weekly newsletters with regards to new products and specials (Promotions).

Hours of work:-
Monday - Friday 8.30am – 5pm

Warehouse Assistant / Driver.



Work for New Zealand's Best Computer Company!

We are looking for a confident and hardworking individual to help out with our expanding business.

Due to our growth, we need another pair of hands helping out in our busy, Mt Wellington based warehouse/showroom.

You will be picking and packing our high end computer builds components and ensuring they reach the courier in the best possible condition.

As well as lending your skills in the warehouse, you'll be required to drive our van to drop off customer builds and pick components from the warehouse of our suppliers within the Auckland area.

Essential qualifications are:

1. Basic idea of computer and its components.
2. Courteous and takes initiative.
3. Reliable with attention to detail.
4. Ability to work well on your own and with others (not be a clock watcher!).
5. Well organised and extremely customer focused.
6. Confident driver having a clean full licence.

You will be responsible for everything that goes on in the warehouse like:

1. Picking components from the warehouse and refiling the shelves.
2. Packing computer systems and components.
3. Helping unload incoming products.
4. Delivering customer builds and picking components from the warehouse of our suppliers in the Company van (it's awesome).
5. Doing all of the above with a smile.

Hours of work:

Monday - Friday 8.30am – 5pm
